Solubility:
UVP is particularly effective in styrenic polymers, PVC, unsaturated polyesters, polyurethanes, acrylic polymers and polycarbonates.
Applications:
UVP is a benzotriazole type UV absorber. Characterized by its strong, broad range UV absorption property, UVP brings an excellent photostability to polymers against UV light exposure in many ways i.e. retarding color yellowing , preventing embrittlement, maintaining of mechanical properties etc.
