Applications: Benzophenone-2
MAXGARD 1000 (benzophenone-2) is very compatible with plastic optical lens materials and highly
effective is an ultraviolet light absorber (UV screen) for these products. It also provides improved sta-
bility in cosmetics and perfumes and improves colors in various applications. MAXGARD 1000 has a
very broad ultraviolet light (UV) absorption band which extends into the UV-A range. Recommended
usage: opical use levels: 0.05-0.2%.
Transportation of Benzophenone-2:
Avoid upside down, sunlight, wet and crash , avoid damage the package. BP-2 can be safely handled
without any irritation caused to the skin.
Storage of Benzophenone-2:
BP-2 should be stored in a closed system and be kept in a dark place without any light exposure.
Package: 1kg/bag, aluminum foil bag and PE bag lining. 20 or 25bags/drum, paper fiber drum.
